Online Order Payments:
We offer convenient and secure payment options for all online orders.

Shop Pay: Shop Pay provides the flexibility to pay in full at checkout or to split your purchase into 4 equal, interest-free installment payments for orders between $50 USD and $1,000.
*There are no additional charges, interest rates, or late fees when using this service.
Custom Order Payment Information:
For custom creations, specific payment terms apply to ensure a smooth design and production process.

CashApp & Zelle (Customer Discretion): While CashApp & Zelle can be used for custom orders at your discretion, please note that these are not secured forms of payment for custom orders, and Claire Alexander Creations is not liable for any errors or issues that may arise when using these methods.

Crucial Requirement: To accept payment via these methods, you MUST include your name and a contact number in the transaction notes. Payments without this information will be automatically refunded.

Confirmation: Electronic receipts will be issued as confirmation once your payment has been received and your order processed.

Payment for Custom Orders:

All custom orders up to $100 must be paid in full prior to the production of goods or services.

Any custom orders exceeding $100 require a 50% deposit due upon receipt of the invoice.

All remaining balances must be paid in full before your order is scheduled for pick-up or delivery.
Production Times
We're dedicated to crafting your items with care and efficiency.

Standard Production Time: Our standard production time is up to 5 business days (Monday-Friday) from the time your full payment (or deposit for large custom orders) is made.

Planning Ahead: We highly suggest placing all custom orders 2 weeks in advance to allow ample time for design, production, and shipping.

Processing Cut-off: All orders placed by noon (12:00 PM CST) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after noon will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimates: All processing times are estimates based on our standard statistics for each job and current product/material availability.
Claire Alexander Creations is not responsible for any delays in processing beyond the estimated time provided, and no refunds will be issued for such delays.
Design Fees & Mock-ups

Non-Refundable Design Fee: A non-refundable $10 design fee is required for customer-requested graphic designs, drafts, and/or mock-ups prior to production.

Fee Application: This design fee will be applied to the balance of your order once full payment (or the initial deposit) is made.
Rush Orders
Need your order sooner? We can accommodate rush orders under specific conditions:

Additional Fees: All rush orders will incur additional fees for a guaranteed turnaround time resulting in earlier than our standard 4-5 business days.

Full Payment Required: All balances on rush orders must be paid in full prior to production. No exceptions.

Expedited Shipping: The customer is responsible for any additional expenses required for expedited shipping, if needed, to meet a specific deadline.
