Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Claire Alexander Creations, we want you to love your order! Please review our policy below regarding returns and exchanges.
Custom Orders
All sales on custom-designed items are final. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once production has begun.
- Changing Your Mind (Custom Orders): You have a 24-hour window from the time your order is placed to cancel a custom order and receive a full refund. This allows us time before we start the personalization process. After 24 hours, custom orders are non-refundable.
Errors on Our Part
Your satisfaction is our priority. If there's an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defect in manufacturing) we will absolutely make it right at no extra cost to you.
- Resolution: We will replace the item or correct the issue at no additional cost to you. Please contact us immediately at help@clairealexandercreations.com with photos of the issue so we can help!
Non-Custom Items (Exchanges Only)
For non-custom items, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if you wish to discuss an exchange. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on non-custom items unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Eligibility: Items must be in brand new, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags attached.
- Process: Contact us at help@clairealexandercreations.com to initiate an exchange.
Stock Availability
In the rare event that our manufacturers are out of stock for a specific item in your order, we will promptly contact you to discuss the best available substitution. If a suitable substitution cannot be found, you will have the option for a full refund for that specific item.
