Shipping Policy

At Claire Alexander Creations, we aim to get your unique items to you efficiently. All orders are shipped through USPS. Our standard shipping method is USPS First Class Mail.

Your order's journey has two main parts:

  1. Production Time: The time it takes for us to create your custom item.

Please note that delivery times are in addition to our specified production time. You'll find production time details on individual product pages or in your order confirmation.

  1. Shipping Time: This is the transit time via USPS, which is in addition to the production time.
  • Expedited Shipping: Need your order sooner? We can accommodate other shipping methods or expedited services upon request. Please reach out to us at info@clairealexandercreations.com before placing your order to arrange this. Any additional shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
  • Carrier Responsibility: While we ensure your package is handed off to USPS promptly, Claire Alexander Creations cannot be held liable for unforeseen shipping or delivery delays once the package is with the carrier. 

For specific transit issues, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.
