Our Standard Sizing & Materials:
Unless otherwise noted in a specific product description, our apparel generally follows these guidelines:
- T-Shirts: We use unisex fitting, crewneck t-shirts that are 100% cotton. These offer a comfortable, classic fit for everyone.
- Sweatshirts & Hoodies: These are typically a cozy 50% Cotton / 50% Polyester blend. Please always double-check the specific product descriptions as material content can sometimes vary.
Tips for Choosing Your Size
- For Unisex Fits: If you typically wear women's sizing, you may want to size down for a more fitted look, or stick to your usual size for a relaxed, oversized feel.
- Between Sizes? If your measurements fall between two sizes, consider how you like your clothes to fit. Size up for a looser fit, or size down for a more snug fit.
- Compare to Your Favorites: The best way to ensure a great fit is to measure a t-shirt or hoodie you already own and love, then compare those measurements to our charts.

Your order's journey has two main parts:
- Production Time: The time it takes for us to create your custom item.
Please note that delivery times are in addition to our specified production time. You'll find production time details on individual product pages or in your order confirmation.
- Shipping Time: This is the transit time via USPS, which is in addition to the production time.
- Expedited Shipping: Need your order sooner? We can accommodate other shipping methods or expedited services upon request. Please reach out to us at info@clairealexandercreations.com before placing your order to arrange this. Any additional shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
- Carrier Responsibility: While we ensure your package is handed off to USPS promptly, Claire Alexander Creations cannot be held liable for unforeseen shipping or delivery delays once the package is with the carrier.

Refunds & Exchanges
Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Claire Alexander Creations, we want you to love your order! Please review our policy below regarding returns and exchanges.
Custom Orders
All sales on custom-designed items are final. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once production has begun.
- Changing Your Mind (Custom Orders): You have a 24-hour window from the time your order is placed to cancel a custom order and receive a full refund. This allows us time before we start the personalization process. After 24 hours, custom orders are non-refundable.
Errors on Our Part
Your satisfaction is our priority. If there's an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defect in manufacturing) we will absolutely make it right at no extra cost to you.
- Resolution: We will replace the item or correct the issue at no additional cost to you. Please contact us immediately at help@clairealexandercreations.com with photos of the issue so we can help!
Non-Custom Items (Exchanges Only)
For non-custom items, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if you wish to discuss an exchange. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on non-custom items unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Eligibility: Items must be in brand new, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags attached.
- Process: Contact us at help@clairealexandercreations.com to initiate an exchange.
Stock Availability
In the rare event that our manufacturers are out of stock for a specific item in your order, we will promptly contact you to discuss the best available substitution. If a suitable substitution cannot be found, you will have the option for a full refund for that specific item.
